Date: The U.III dates this pen to 2001, during the brief era of the "Parker P" logo.

Overall condition:  Excellent.  This pen is in new condition.

Special notes:  inscribed "P   Parker  Made in UK" and a date stamp
·
Refill:
The refill writes black.
Some Jotters made during this period had smooth buttons and some were recessed with the modern P.  This one is recessed.
I'm not sure of the definition of vintage, but this one is over 20 years old.  It could pass for new.
This will be a great work horse for you or will look nice in your collection.
