There are 4 different pieces, here are the measurements:

The outside of these pieces is plastic and the inside is a soft mix of recycled material, not sure what type of material but there was a orange recycled material on the outside. These were used once, and placed in a cardboard box to make a cooler for dog vaccines. These would replace the need for styrofoam coolers!! You can also use them for packaging something that needed lots of padding.
They will probably be shipped via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex. I placed them in a garbage sack then wrapped the garbage sack in Saran Wrap and packing tape.
