Date: The recessed button with the old Parker logo dates this pen to the 1980s, after the 1985 "Jotter Facelift."  Cap threads are plastic.
Overall condition:  Excellent
Special notes:  inscribed "Parker  Made in USA", the old logo and a date stamp
Refill:
The refill writes black or blue
