Parker Jotter Premium Ball Pen-Blue pinstriped.

Description

For sale is a Parker Jotter Premium Blue pinstriped Ball Pen.  It comes with a new black refill.  It is functionally perfect, but cosmetically poor.  It was originally a nice brown pinstriped model selling for about but became this mess as a result of its refills exploding when included in the wash.
