It's really a one-of-a-kind novelty humor collectible from the early 1980s!
Honestly, I don't think that this "nutcracker" is an actual nutcracker. It's just a fun take on the whole vasectomy joke. I never taken the item from the box to find out. To my knowledge, this "nutcracker" has never been removed from the product box (since I received this item in 1983).

I've had this novelty "medical" item since I was a Junior in High School. I think my Dad gave it to me as a fun high school gift as I was getting older. Maybe he was sending me a message with this vasectomy nutcracker kit...LOL! This item has travelled with me to college and across the country on many, many moves over the last -- soon to be -- 40 years. So, as you can guess, this item isn't in perfect condition, at all. It does have some expected box wear -- front, back, and sides. I'm decluttering a bit and wanted someone else to enjoy this fun vintage novelty item.
