Vintage PARKER 75 Cicelé Sterling Silver Cap & Barrel Ballpoint Pen USA - 5-1/4”. Mechanism Works Well but it has Run Out of Ink & Needs a New Refill.
Barrel has dents(see closeups in last two pictures). There is some plating wear/loss on the gold and also has Silver Patina from sitting in storage which I will leave up to the new owner to clean/polish. Please see pictures for the best description of the item and to determine condition for yourself. Pictures are enlarged to show detail.
